How I Started:
My dad has always lifted. Off and on, throughout the years, I've lifted. I've only been consistently lifting/eating semi-well since about Sept2005.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of making progress in all areas of my life, whether it be working to be a better husband/father, my career, general learning, or health and fitness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Again, I always like to feel as if I'm progressing in something. Also, I'm vain enough to want to look good. I can't stand the feeling of my gut hanging over my pants.
BB Accomplishments:
Forcing myself to eat clean to semi-clean. I alternate between the two. Because of this, my progress is generally slow, but it keeps me from burning out. This way I'm on a program that I can sustain.
