After a long break from bodyspace and weightlifting i am back. i got pretty sick and lost alot of weight, like 18 pounds from 138. since then i have been trying to regain my weight and get my energy back. i am now at coastal carolina university so i have been able to gain most of my weight back....

Hi Zac, yes I play soccer and I am also qualified coach. I have plans to specialize in soccer fitness coaching - it is quite huge topic to cover tough!

Good luck with your training program Zac. I think in your age and with your physical stats you need to concentrate on bulking up if you wish to play soccer seriously. Coaches, especially these days, look into players physicality and fitness a great deal. Soccer players are often adviced to focus weight training on their legs but you can benefit hugely if you train your arms and upper body as well.
