I used to be very fat growing up as a kid, then started working out at the age of 16 and never looked back,

it makes me feel great lets me know Im healthy and gives me self confidence to succeed and grow,

its fun, there is no place I would rather be than in a gym when Im having the most fun ,

Hey bro, my main goal is to gain size but currently I'm just focusing on strength. I'm 4 weeks into my 12 week strength training program. then I'll start a mass building once I can lift some heavier weight in January. How about you.
