When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been very interested in nutrition and fitness since I was a kid in Jr. High running. Going on and off programs set up by myself, and running races ranging from 1 mile and up in the area, as well as the Akron Marathon in 04. I became injured and quit training. I finally had enough around Christmas 06 when I was embarrased to get my picture taken. Now its time to get serious!

This is the earliest picture I have. Wish I had one that was a little older beings I had been cutting my fat for a few months. Hopefully the picture in Sept. is a drastic difference.
pleased with the update, but still working. Unfortunatly I had been sick when i was taking that pictures so im sure I'm a little dehydrated.
