How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I'm more patient with my wife and daughter, I have a nice stress releaver. Plus I have more energy.

Are you a parent?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I think so. More energy, less stress so I can focus on family. Plus I set a good example for my daughter. I want her to make healthy life style choices.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Its going to be tough. So I recently met with a dietician following a poor routine physical, and she gives me the low downs on triglycerides, HDL, and LDL, trans fats, hydrogenated oils...ect. Holy crap I was basically unaware there is so much terrible food out there. So body building...
Tapas! I want to go to Spain just for those. And thanks! I wasn't working out as much, but it's good to be back at it again. I hope you and your wife are loving Spain other than for the food. Too bad you can't teach anyone embarrassing Spanish phrases to say at the gym. Maybe try another language?
Oh we are everywhere... and coming to a town near you! Oh that's right, you've already met the one that's near you. How's the family? Your daughter must be so pleased to have her dad around.
Never made it thru Rota. I was stationed on the W Coast & went on WestPacs for deployment. You sound stubborn like me though. Doc's put me on med's 3-4 times in the past 10-12 yrs. I'll take the cardio & live w/ elevated cholesterol than the crappy side-effects. Life's too short in my book to live w/ that stuff. If I die at 55-60 & "healthy", so be it. (Of course, my wife has gone along so far....)
Hey Tom. Good to hear from you. Things are great here. We're into Spring. I'm doing morning training again. Woohoo. I'm having a great time. :) How are things your side of the world?
Hi! Oh no! I noticed I was dropped from your friends list, and am not sure if it was accidental or intended. I hate to lose a friend! Please let me know how you'd like for me to handle it on my end. Either way, best wishes for continued success ~ Jen
Not if, When. You're only 32 years old for Christ's sake. You're a baby. You'll hit and maintain you,r goals real soon. Thanks for the funny encouraging comment. It isn't far from the truth. xD
