hey, ive been ok! nothing to exciting happening, just have an airforce test next week and at the end of the month too! got a new job and started today.. ohh its so boring! bring on the airforce please! traing hasnt been at my best, going to go for a run tonight, havent done that for a few days! been a bit slack! but been eating pretty well.. how bout you? you been eating clean? its so hard sometimes!

nice! good luck with the cardio. im trying to do more outdoorsy stuff (swimming and tennis) for cardio. Im still losing fat, but i gotta up the weightlifting and build myself up a little.
