How I Started:
5 months after having my first child, I looked in the mirror and really looked at myself. I asked myself how did I let my body get to this point. After alot of self contempt, I decided to stop eating for convenience and start eating for lifetime health. Just a year and a half ago I was 40lbs lighter and wearing a size 8. Now I was 40lbs heavier and wearing a 14. I had to get my mind right - FOCUSED - and get my body together.
Why I Love It:
I like working out because it is definitely a stress reliever. Working out also gives me some "Me" time, that allows me to clear my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
So far . . .I stay motivated by looking in the mirror. The physical person I currently see in the mirror "isnt who I see in my mind". So anytime I dont feel like eating right or working out . . .I grab a looking-glass.

Start of Transformation. I am 205lbs with 30.7% Body Fat. When I stepped out the shower, I never looked in the mirror.  This is my "Do Over" . . .starting today (12/29/08). I hate looking at myself naked.

I'm going to start 4 sets of 12 . . because alot of figure models do the same technique.
