After I graduated high school i was determined not to get fat and out of shape like all my friends did who were older than me. Then after seeing results i got addicted.
Why I Love It:
It's the best self-esteem, self-confidence booster there is.
How I Stay Motivated:

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
most of the time ill wear a sleeveless or a tank top under a big shirt (2XL), training shorts i.e. under armour, nike shorts and tennis shoes.
