hmmm i weighed myself on monday and i was 224...i weighed myself today and i was 227, i dont get it ive been stuck at 227 for like a month pretty much...i work with a trainer 2 days a week today he told me maybe to look into lipo6, he said thats what he used to use when he was doing competitions...any thoughts?
