I want to be 190lbs by the time i go to college and have a combined weight (bench/squat/deadlift) of over 1000 pounds.
Goal (Long):
I will first focus on quickly gaining 10 pounds to bring my bodyweight up to 180 pounds by spring break (Sometime in april). I will do this with certain workout routines, but mainly in the kitchen making and eating a high carb/ protien diet.
