When I Started:
Jan, 2001
How I Started:
In 2001 my father was diagnosed with a heart problem and his doctor suggested that he start taking better care of his body. He asked if I wanted to train with him and be his workout partner. That's where it all began.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to have my own time away from everything. I get in there, get in the zone and ignore everything else in my life. Its releases stress and frees me from all the little things in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is all about my family. I constantly say to myself if I dont take care of this body it wont be around long enough to see my kids get older.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not sure I really have any. I play a lot of sports so all my weightlifting is basically to improve my health and ability in sports.

My long term goal is definitely to gain more muscle. Add thickness to the chest and back, and just be happy in the body I am in.
Also, I look to further improve my strength and overall health to be there for my wife and kids. A six pack of abs wouldnt upset me too much either. Eatin clean!

Yes, it is the same bikini. My goal is to take another picture of myself in it in June and submit it to the weekly transformations on bodybuilding.com. You're looking GREAT, by the way! Keep up the good work!
