My wife and I got sick of feeling tired and groggy all the time so we decided that it was time to change.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel great after the workout. I love having the blood pump through my veins like crazy.

My wife Jennifer is a big motivation and I stay motivated by seeing results from my hard work.

So I weighed in this afternoon at weight watchers and I am down another 3.4lbs bringing me down to 295.4lbs.  I sure can't complain about that.  Hopefully I can keep the weight coming off.  I am striving for 2lbs per week so for 2009 a total of 105lbs should be possible.  Keep your...

Chicago.....Mexico.....you a drugrunner? Just kidding. I was born in Chicago and lived there til I was 14. That was the beginning of the end. Hot dogs, pizza, Italian beef sandwiches were all staples in my diet. I live about 40 minutes from Chi-town now. Have fun in Mehhhico.

Well, I did my 2.3 miles on the elliptical this morning and weighed myself. I'm down 10 lbs since last Saturday. Damn I wish I could keep that up! I'm hoping for 2 to 3 a week, so everything else is gravy. OOOOOH, GRAVY!

Hey Chris. Overall I think I did awesome this week. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow after my AM cardio. Then I'm going to weigh in every two weeks. I feel like I lost about ten pounds. I feel awesome compared to a week ago. How'd you do? Did you enter the Muscle Tech contest?

Thanks. I'm kinda bummed that I've been so sick lately. I've been eating healthy, but besides that I'm too sick to do any kind of workout. Heck, I can barely get my butt out of bed! The fact that you've been able to stick with it and lose so much weight is incredible. Your'e a true inspiration. I'll be sure and bug you when I need some advice.
