Your welcome. I find fewer tings more benificial than surrounding myself with positive people. I intend to make it to the Natural Olympia one day. And if held in Autralia like the last one was...hopfully shake your hand. Thanks again for sharing your experiences.

What you say makes very good sense. Do you up your protien intake on those days to keep up you cal intake?

Thanks Jake! I've started to reintroduce carbs into my diet. 1 or 2 servings of oatmeal in the AM. Rest of the day is still low to no carbs.

Going ok. I think your right though.... I really need to cut sodium. I have this tiny pouch of water on my lower abs that hides the definition. I'm still about 10 lbs over my previous contest weight but despite this my vascularity is much better than before.

Competition is in 6 and 1/2 weeks. I've always been a saltaholic. Just the foods I eat to don't help either. Cottage cheese, tuna, chicken. I could easily cut my sodium but I've been told my body will rebel and store more water if I try.

Thanks for the quick reply Jake! Your advice is helpful and apreciated. One other question: I take in at least 4000mg of sodium but have been told I can't reduce until a week before comp. Thoughts?

Hey Jake! Getting near another contest and I'm wondering... if you cut carbs out completely (I'm very carb sensitive) do you bump up your protien intake to keep your calories up to a reasonable level? Also any advise on getting sponsors? These competitions get more and more expensive. Thanks for you time and keep up the awsome work!

Aye! Ithink that is one of the great things about body space is the inspiration we get from like minded people.
Its funny more and more I relize there are so many who struggle out there to be the best they can be. Your story has not only inspired me but my friends as well. Talk to you soon my friend! And thank you.

That last pic you've taken. Looks like you were at the Venitian Hotel and Casino in Vegas.
