I have always been very athletic and physically fit throughout my life. I was blessed with having a natural mesomorph physique and genetics.
I also played competitive football, basketball, and baseball in middle school and high school. I was also a very competitive amateur boxer in the Police Athletic League. I also started swimming, surfing, and snorkeling as a very young child. LOL!
Why I Love It:
I am a professional SAG/AFTRA/AEA actor, singer, host, model, precision driver, stunt performer, technical advisor, producer, director, and scholar.
I am also certified by the American Red Cross in lifeguard, water safety instructor (WSI), first aid, and AED/CPR for the professional rescuer (adult, child, infant).
I truly LOVE the endorphin rush that I get from working out and physical fitness! This is my one high that I truly enjoy the most besides the high that I get from performing onstage and onscreen as a thespian.
I DO NOT drink or consume any alcoholic beverages, smoke or use any tobacco products, or use any narcotic drugs whatsoever! LOL!
How I Stay Motivated:
Beautiful, sweet, sexy, and educated women motivate me to work out extremely hard. Thank you ladies!
My character traits are very motivated, driven, focused, outgoing, assertive, humorous, passionate, affectionate, hardworking, and educated.
Also, my performing arts and acting career influence me to stay on top of my game. LOL!
BB Accomplishments:
Physical fitness and bodybuilding have assisted me in improving my butterfly, front crawl, and back crawl swimming strokes. It has also assisted me in auditioning for and booking very athletic parts in film, television, commercials, and theater. LOL!

I am currently training to compete in triathlons.
I want to improve my running and cycling times.
Goal (Long):
My current weight fluctuates between 190 to 200 pounds.
I am very lean, trim, muscular, and cut.
I need to drop an additional ten to fifteen pounds of body weight, but not lose my muscle mass.
Most competitive triathletes weigh between 150 to 170 pounds which would be a very light weight for me.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
