Im not sure where the strength is coming from!! I added my SizeOn back in my diet though. Creatine seems to give me such a boost

i love to workout, and actually the first time i benched i did 1x10 at 65! now i can do 1x10 at 150, so i've come a long way :)

Way to go. I wish you much success in your quest to gain muscle. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
