My long term goal is to one day complete in a body building contest.
Goal (Long):
My first goal was to get to 10% body fat, then I thought, well I'll go one better and try and complete in a body building comp. I'm giving myself until I turn 23, which is in 3years, 3months.
My girlfriend wants me to have a six pack, I want bigger arms and a great body so completeing in a comp will get me all of this.
It was been slow progress to begin with, but I have a new job, I have extra money and can buy more fresh healthy food. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!!

I want to LOSE 10 kg

3 Day Spilt- I do 2 sets, of 3-6. Once i get to 6, up to weight then push out how much as possible. Once again if i get to 6 with proper form up the weight again.
