How I Started:
Started in the Army, the First time I got deployed. It's like prison, can't do anything else but lift and eat. So I did and I got hooked, I've put on 30lbs since then.
Why I Love It:
I just love being healthy. We only have one body so why not treat it like a high performance sports car.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just the feeling I get from lifting, the friends I make in the community, and accomplishing my goals.

Just to get to where I'm happy with myself. Which might be never but oh well.

Goal (Long):
I wanna be able to squat 400 (to my ankles almost) Deadlift at least 375, clean 275 and be able to run three miles in 21 min. Basically I wanna get as strong as possible but maintain my cardio, and one day try to fight professionaly. I'd like to be fighting in the professional circuit in 3 to 4 years. The strength is almost there. The cardio not so much....But I'm close.
