hey you look great, if you can stick it out with tony horton and the diet you should be shredded when its done. i dropped about 30lbs in 2 sessions with him.

sorry to hear about you and tony. i havent been hangin with him much these days. i have trying to gain some mass. work outs have been great, diet is great until i leave my house. it seems like everywhere i go there are cookies and cake.

it changed my body alot. i think the big losses came on the off week. are you gaining lean muscle mass?

p90x is awsome, i lose about 15 lbs each time i do it. its all good, the work out, diet, etc...
