i want my body looked at like a piece of art! i want big arms and huge pecks, thick legs and a muscular butt, with an 8 pack. i wanna be 220 pounds of lean solid muscle. i know i can do it by april, 2010.

Hi, no potatoes or rice after 3 p.m....no white flour stuff at all. I eat 2 cups of veggies and a lean meat for dinner and a protein shake before bed. That's what works for me....
Thanks, yeah, I worked hard but nutrition really makes huge difference. I cut out all dairy and no carbs after say 3 p.m. Plus I consumed at least 100 grams of protein with shakes and chicken! Have a great day!
LOL...Tony and I broke up after 5 weeks - he was KILLING my already "bad" shoulders/delts and I couldn't stand it anymore. So I'm back with my old routine of AM cardio/abs and PM weights. I'm looking to change that though, just gotta figure out what to change it to! How is your training going?
