Probably a better 'starting' picture..
This was taken after living in the Marshall Islands for a little over a month, a few months before the military.
Probably weighed 170, tops.. didn't do much aside from bike around the island and go swimming.

Abs were thankful for the workout yesterday and decided to be nice today.. figured a new pic was in order before they changed their mind.
Supposedly at ~14.6% BF in this picture.. or I may just be stupid when it comes to using calipers.

Happy that the abs managed to come out and say 'hi' this morning at 4, even though the rest of my body wanted to be back in bed for another few hours.
Still lots more progress needed.. even though the lighting just sucks in this one.
Arm veins are starting to show more - yaaaaay!

Figured my shark could use some attention. :)
After day #2 of doing 15min HIIT immediately after lifting. My schedule doesn't really allow for doing it any other time during the day, so I guess some is better than none. Hopefully after a few months the HIIT will really show some progress.

I figure this is just because the arms are still recovering from yesterday, but.. the right looks a lot smaller than the left. Could be the angle, though.. peak still needs a lot of work.

Trying a little experiment just to see how my body reacts. Keeping up with the diet and cardio, but this is 2 weeks without any having done anything to concentrate on abs alone. I'll keep this up for a few more weeks, then get back into doing abs to see how much of a difference I'm getting.

Insanely bloated thanks to having far too much breakfast, but I knew I needed to take some new progress pics. Chest is filling out a little more, and my shoulders are getting a bit better, thankfully.
Not too happy that the abs faded away, so I'll probably kick those back into gear and try that whole 'clean bulking' thing.
