Hitting volume HARD. Hoping to get up to 200k lbs for one session by the end of the year.

Broke the 70,000lb single workout threshold today! Watching those 'total volume' numbers climb is awesome for motivation.

Working on tossing one or two more rest days into the week to help recovery/growth - working great so far! Workouts have been awesome.

6 out of the last 8 workout days were awesome... now taking a few days off to recover/grow a bit.

Lots of sleep last night, lots of food today... can't wait to hit back and shoulders hard in a few hours. Weekend workouts are the best!

Added Animal Stak to Animal Pak today, and felt ridiculously amazing. Best leg/abs day I've had in a looooooong time.

Back from vacation, kicked the AF PT test in the face this morning despite a halfway gimp knee.. food and rest today, iron tomorrow!

Couldn't stay away from the gym any longer.. back to DO WORK! The ink can heal while I'm sweating and throwing some iron around.

6 1/2 hours getting inked yesterday = a few more rest days. Keeping up with cardio til the skin heals, then back to the weights!
