Well I've been on and of for a while but recently started taking fitness a bit more seriously. My main motivation was my ex boss who started to encourge me to go to the gym. From there on it was all progress.

I think I've made some progress but left the gym after a while College Work etc...Never again
Well I've never had the knowledge of bodybuilding until this site came thru my PC. I used to think staving yourself and lifting weights was the way to go...Yep Wrong Indeed!!! Well if knowledge was power I was weak, but then a started to do things right correct diet, cardio, weight trainning, lost around 60 pds and Currently (Early January 2008) Starting a detailed program. (Supplements, Diet Ect..)
Well as my supplementation goes along today I want to place the fat burners I'm using Nutrex Lipo 6, Prolab Metabolic Thyrolean and SAN Thyro Cuts II...I got this stack from Hugo Rivera's Supplementation article.
