I know I WILL look hotter than ever for my husband...whenever i get to see him again..sigh. also i'm doing this profile for me, not to put up sexy 1/2 naked pics to get comments.there are alot of serious females on here whose bodies make me jealous and inspired.

Goal (Long):
I lost about 15lbs while deployed to Iraq last . This time I'd like to lose another 20-30lbs and gain alot more definition.I definaltly have a gut and some thighs that gotta go! My husband and I want to move to CA and start surfing in 2009 and I WILL look awesome in my bikini!
I can't believe it took me this long to get back into the gym again. I was doing good til Tony visited for a couple days. Then it took me over a week to get back on track. Well, I love it again. I've used a couple new pieces of equipment, and am trying a different program. Only problem is...

doing what I do...working out, working, hanging out with the family... :) I changed my lifting to 4 days a week and cardio 3-4 times a week...so we shall see..

actually found out just now, i am not going...woo hoo, the army gets a point, how about bring them here! lol.
as for goals...here is a rare one, i have trouble putting on weight. i want to get up to like 175 but i float around 165. but i am trying.

Whats up Doc? I am a medic too in afghanistan now, was in iraq in 03. I am heading there in a week to do the MRAP training..woo hoo...ok, not really that excited. looking good, keep up the work.
