Eating as clean as I can, reducing gluten and watching carbs - especially reducing sugar intake. I have just started counting calories on myfitnesspal.com - this website has a big database of food which makes it easier to keep track of things. I did not realise how much I was eating - expecially the snacks and how much they add up. I like how it ups you caloric allowance if you d exercise too.
