How I Started:
I started working out for football in high school. I didnt work out for roughly a year after graduation, then got back into it in March of 03.
Why I Love It:
Who doesnt like to look good? On top of that, I love the feeling after grinding out a tough workout. The soreness. The fatigue. Its a wonderful thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sports. Reading BB magazines. I see all these athletes and keep pushing to get there. Plus, I don't think anybody wants a fat personal trainer. ha
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major to date. I started at 184 lbs coming out of high school. Im now up to 230 as of March 08.
