When I Started: Jan, 2005
How I Started: I didn't like the way I looked or felt and decided to challenge myself to be the best that I could be. The staff at my gym have inspired me to inspire myself.
Why I Love It: I feel alive when I lift weights.
How I Stay Motivated: I visualize the body I want to create. I mindfully discipline myself to not let anything interfere with my goal of complete transformation. Im almost there!!!
BB Accomplishments: I am a petite 4'10. 2yrs. ago I weighed in at 137lbs, I now weigh 107lbs. With hard work I have not only accomplished weightloss, I have built lean muscle mass.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Becoming lean and strong is my focus.
Goal (Long): When I become as lean as I can be I will work towards a new goal of building more muscle mass. I enjoy lifting weights and sculpting my body. One day I will prepare for a contest and show my family how dedicated and serious I take my training!!!! I am proud of myself already, I eat, live and breath weight training because I feel alive when im doing it.
