Hi Brooke! I have been around but only in short spurts as life has been hectic. I have been lurking and keeping up with your progress. You are doing great. My training is coming along albeit running has been a focus as my daughter and I ran a HM today. She kicked my ass. I hope you are doing well. :)

As for me I have been swamped as I leave for Ontario in 3 days and I have many things to get ready before I get there. My training has been going well except for the running, although I did have a good 3 mile run today. :) Rod

Thanks for the group invite Brooke. I noticed yesterday you had joined so I looked at it briefly. The 8 week challenge thing is kind of cool, as my 2nd half is the end of June and I do love to run (I will take it easy). Now where are those latest motivating pictures (I'm just teasing)

Thanks for cheking up on me. I was away on business and the laptop died. Training is going well except for an old injury that is keeping me from running. How have you been lately? :)

Hi Brooke. I am alive and mostly well. I have been away on business where my laptop crashed. My workouts have been good but an old injury has hampered my running. How have you been doing? I am going to look for those pics now :)

I hope you are doing well and training is good. As for me, I am down with the flu. It really sucks not having the energy to train. I guess I needed the break. I can hardly wait to get back to the weights and running. :)

Hi Brooke. Where are them latest pics, LOL. I have read your latest blogs but you have to go there for the comments. I have switched from the biking to running but the last week I have had a bit of a chest infection so I haven't run for 8 days . I hope to be out there tomorrow as the half in May 3rd.
