A Keto diet is strict as heck, man. You takes some serious getting used to at first. Usually for the first week to 10 days your brain gets a little fuzzy :) A few are testing it out to see how it works. I knew Steve is doing it for his cut.

Your progress looks fantastic. You have done a wonderful job. Nice to see you stop in once in a while. I'm personally doing another serious cut starting Jan 4 until about March 28th. See what I can accomplish.

That is a fantastic opportunity for you! Take is serious. Use the opportunity not only to try out their product, but to motivate yourself to push your limits to be in the shape you want to be in!

Yeah, the whole gaining weight thing. But there were bodybuilder type who had done that very thing to compete in it last time :( I am still around 16% I believe. Which is about where a lot of people started last year. So I'll do it again :)

Started to and leveled again for now. Don't have the time for cardio as much right now. January I will be able to put emphasis back on my cardio. How are things coming along for you?

Sort of. So busy lately that I'm not getting quite enough cardio in my opinion. I will be able to pick it back up in January. Still eating right.

I saw you ask if there are teen shows in Oregon. There are 4 or 5 shows in Oregon a year. I believe most of them have a teen category.

Thank you so much. I hope you have a wonderful day as well. Be strong. If you are going somewhere where you can't control the food that is there, bring a little of your own for alternatives. I am.

Thanks for the update! I hope the changes in your diet will get your past the plateau. I know they suck, but you'll get past. Keep tearing it up!

Very awesome on the 33's! And thanks again. I am so amazed on your and my progress in 2009. I still feel I have road to go, but really paying attention to look back. WOW! We've tore it up and won a great deal of the battles!

Thanks! I'm betting you could get in those 33's. Nothing better than getting to celebrate tangible results in this war of the body fat! With shirts most brands I wear a large now instead of stretched out 2xl. Some brands though you're right are off.

:) Thanks for the encouragement. Already hit the gym. Hit chest and tore it up. Back in a few hours with my boys. They do their workout while I do cardio.

:D Thanks for stopping by and checking in. Been out for a few days. Nasty case of food poisoning from slightly undercooked fish :( Starting to feel decent today, so hopefully I can get into the gym today. Tuesday I couldn't do weights, but got in cardio. Yesterday was worse and I didn't get either.

That could be a good plan! Take a little stress off the holiday eating know you are bulking. And it is for a good purpose. I dunno, bro, you are pretty muscular yourself. Though you are right in that Tman has some SERIOUS wheels :)

I did do a 12 week PFD plan from fitnesspoynters.com. I only lost 8lbs but came in about 6% lower on my bodyfat. I needed a change from what I was doing and it helped quite a bit. Maybe you should do that contest? You did quite good in the last one!
