I just got tired of being the skinny guy so i decided to change
Why I Love It:
It gives me a feeling of fullness, it completes who i am.. I cant get enough, even though I have a hard time growing, bad genetics, i guess. But the high after a workout is unparalleled, an amazing feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and not seeing my body exactly how I want it to be.. When I see a new ripple or muscle definition that I havent seen before.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, I guess just getting started and staying motivated.
Awesome!!!!! That's all I can say about today. You see I finally hit a milestone in my training. I hit 190lbs. Which for me is a huge accomplishment. I've been trying to get there ever since I started training. I'm not entirely sure how it happened I think maybe my metabolism...
Great job adding muscle and definition. Thick traps, solid delts, thick chest/pecs. solid arms and back. Coninued success. One great physique on the way. Andre
Hey, thanks for the comment. I've loved the M1D and I'm on my second stack now, actually. If you look on my page for forum activity, you can actually see my current log on there. The first post has a link to my past log, too, that has my results from it. Feel free to ask any questions about it!
May be a hard gainer BUT muscle and definition shown between then and now is excellent. Solid work on traps, chest/pecs, biceps/triceps and abs. Continued success and keep posting. Andre
