How I Started:
I have always been athletic and active and above all in shape. About 10 years ago I started to notice myself getting out of control. My clothes were getting bigger and I just keep making excuses. So I decided to make a change and read everything I could get my hands on. I went from eating late at night McDonald's, Burger King etc after partying all night to trying to eat 6x a day. I went from 270 to 235 and loved the way I looked.Recently slacked off for the past year and trying to get back motivated as of this writing 8/23/08 I weigh 263 lbs and want to get to 235/240.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel that I have accomplished something that day, and I love to see the changes my body goes through.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is a tough one for me, any dieting tips or advice you can give will be appreciated.

Goal (Long):
Just going to try to stay consistant, now that the summer is over and really kick it in around January or February. At that time I will go on a 90 day all out assult, so when the summer comes I can be beach ready !!!
