Monday: Legs for days, lunch, 2 hours easy cardio(bike)

Tuesday: More core dammit!, 2 hours cardio; 30 min spin in an easy gear, ten 100m sprints max gear with hr down to 110 between each effort, easy spin back

Wednesday: Arms, 4 hours tempo cardio

Thursday: More core dammit 2, 2 hours cardio; 30 min spin in an easy gear, ten 200m sprints max gear with hr down to 110 between each effort, easy spin back

Friday: Legs for days 2, 2 hours active recovery cardio
