One of these ingredients being beta-alanine which this product contains in pretty high doses as you feel a tingling sensation throughout your body after consuming it. Beta alanine of course plays a big role in soaking up ammonia and lactic acid to delay the onset of muscular fatigue while training. I have much greater strength and intensity when I take this product. It's small compact size makes it easy to carry around with you as this formula is very concentrated. I also like the fact that this product doesn't contain any fat promoting sugars in it. I would definately recommend this product.

I have been using this product for well over 1 year now and I can honestly say I've never used any pre-workout product like it. I cant emphesize enough just how important branched chain amino acids are to take both before and after workouts in order to maximize muscle recovery and growth. The biggest issue I've had with branched chain amino acids is that they don't mix well at all and clump up on the surface of whatever liquid your trying to mix it with. Optimum Nutrition's BCAA powder is the only brand I've tried that easily mixes and absorbs great with any liquid. This is a very nice change from other competing brands.

ON's Hydrowhey Platinum is by far the best tasting and best mixing protein I've ever used. It is also one of the only protein poweders I've used that I feel my body completely absorbs because I never have any digestive problems taking it like I do with other protein powders. Pink Magic is the strongest strength and muscle building product I've ever used! I've tried many other natural testosterone boosters in the past and I've never been impressed with any of them. Just added HMB to my supplement stack a few weeks ago. So far I have noticed faster recovery and a bit more stamina during my workouts. HMB is one of the few supplements that have had legit scientific studies done to prove that it does infact have ability to increase lean muscle mass which normally will also be accompanied by a decrease in body fat as well. I would like to use this product for several months to see what happens since most of the benefits using HMB can be seen more after using it for a longer duration. HMB isn't a quick fix, however, I feel that anyone that tries this product will get something positive out of it for sure! I believe this product also has a great synergestic effect when taken with creatine. If you want to see faster results I would take ON's creatine along with the HMB.

There no question about whether or not creatine monohydrate will help increase performance and support greater gains in lean muscle mass. I've never experience a skin splitting pump from any of these products. Yok3d is the first product on the market that really can brag about producing skin splitting pumps! The new Performance Whey is no exception.
