Reason: I was always buying a multi and my omega 3's seperate and that was never cheap. Than GNC came out with the vita-pak. Ive got the vita-pak HEART. Its got your multi , your omega 3 , also in the mix is a grape seed extract to help lower blood pressure and a serving of Phytosterols to help lower bad cholerterol. Saves me money and works great!
