Growing up I was always the small kid , and that really started to get old. I got sick and tired of hearing someone say " that kid was almost as small as you"

"Whether its in a hometown gym , or the dark recesses of an iron prison tucked away in some building, this is your second home. If the walls could talk they'd confess to your lung-busting efforts and relentless drive to become massive. The body-numbing weights and insane workout regimes have left you hunched over the garbage can prying to the weight gods."

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Almost all exercises are dangerous , esspecailly if you have no partner. I dont think there is one more dangerous than the other. If I had to choose one though I'd have to say dumbell military press , only because even if you have a partner , if you train heavy you run the risk of letting the weights fall backwards which could destroy your arm and shoulder.Almost all exercises are dangerous , esspecailly if you have no partner.
