How I Started:
I was 260 pounds coming out of high school and I wanted to look better when I got to college, so I started running and watching what I ate. Now I'm in to lifting and lowering my bodyfat percentage. Just coming off foot surgery in March 2008. My doctor said that it will take some time (maybe 2-3) months before I'm 100% again.
Why I Love It:
It is a good way to release stress. I also get to meet new people. It is a good way to learn self-discipline and self-control. I also enjoy the new challenges everyday brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mixing up my workouts makes it fun to workout. I also like to try new products to see how they compare to what I've used in the past. Just have fun with my workouts.

hey man how did you measure all ur body stats? like ur biceps, forearms, chest an such? did you jus take a cloth measure or somethin or did you have someone do it for ya??
