How I Started:
I was a fat kid in highschool. I remeber one time I went to the doctor for something, they took my weight and it was 238lbs, which suprised me. So I started running and working out and about seven months later I got down to 170lbs and I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
One thing that I always use to say was "That I can eat more because I lift, and lift more because I eat."
Yea lol, I've got a good plan going right now, I'm not cheating for while because summer is too close. I was cheating to often at the beginning of this.
Up this way you can't do anything without BLET, and federal jobs are pretty really hard/impossible to land with experience, and thats actual detective experience. I'm thinking now I should have studied something else.
The next class starts up in May, and last until December. I really don't care to go through with it, especially since it doesn't pay any money or guarantee a job.
Yeah, leg press doesn't bother my knee at all. Even when I try to squat with 135lbs, it feel like my knee is tearing apart and hurts like hell! Even if I wrap them. I think it has to do with the angle difference between the too exercises.
I can't squat at all.. I have popped my left hip out 7 times doing squats and my right knee cartilage is all tore apart. I also don't deadlift for the same reason, I might do rack deadlifts sometimes though
