saw my cousin's crazy ****in triceps so i said **** i got to get with the ****ing working out

well mainly just the way you can see like in a couple months time how much improvemoent there is

always see others and their crazy gains and well i just say **** it i need more of that or whatever ...or just knowing that living this way is better than alot of other lifestyles

whoah dude are those lifts real? All of them are higher than my one rep maxes. The only things I have a little higher than you are bench and barbell rows!

Thanks for the comment bro...that pic is a pretty old pic from last year I weighed in at like 200 in that pic I am currently 225 in my 13th week of bulking...your maxes r pretty high up there too man keep liftin and you'll be good, consistency is key
