How I Started:
Why I Love It:
I like being able to shape and change my body as I see fit. It's good to know that if I am fat I can always just hit the gym and after a few months not be fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a tough one. When I am already fat, it's not that hard. I just say time to work out chubby. But when I start getting more cut, then it's hard. I start questioning my gains/loses. I just tell my self you have come this far and lost this much, clearly you are doing something right. It also helps to think along the terms of 'you can only move forward by stepping forward'. Another words, if I continually waste time on dwelling, it's not going to get me anywhere. I need to just believe in my capabilities, and do it.
This was taken the first time I decided to work out. I thought I did pretty good for the first time. By the end I was able to lift in par to the majority of the foot ball team at my university.
I want to actually get cut and get big. I usually do one or the other. I have never been really big. But I want to be able to stick to this long enough to get big.
I would like to be able to get to a decent big size so that I can compare at least to amateur body builders in size, if not pro body builders.
I'm getting older and it'll be harder to accomplish this goal as the years progress. I want to die saying I achieved a good size of muscle for a period of my life.

Alright. So I just joined this bad boy forum. Figured I'd start some sort of blog as well. I have no promises on keeping the blog up. But I understand how it is a good way to communicate and connect with the community. So I'll try it for now.
