Hi superjew been browsing the site for a long time, and just joined last week. I've been interested in the AD for a while, and you're one of the few people who went on it-you're progress is amazing. Been lifting over a year now, with minimal muscle gains, and too much fat gain!!(although eating clean 24/7) Would you recommend it??

No, I haven't picked up anything yet-next week is "supplement day"-the shop has 20% off everything, so I just stock up(it still ends up about twice as much as in USA-taxes and shit), but I have my mind set up on White Flood,why would you recommend anything else?? Btw just lookin at your progress pics, amazing improvement!!I'll be puttin up pics as soon as I get get my fone back(from insurance-got nicked).

Hey thanks for the feedback(the NO products)-appreciated. Yeah, I'm currently on the VPX shotgun, and to be honest don't think it's all it's cracked up to be(i googled it, our((ireland's)) version is the exact same as yours) But anyway thanks again for the feedback, helped in my decision, I'll be picking up White Flood next week!!

Wats the craic?? Just new to the site, just wanna know which is better, the shotgun or no-xplode?? tried the shotgun a few months ago,didn't think much of it. The No-xplode is Illegal here in Ireland(i know , ****n ridiculous)but my friend can get some up the north, just wonderin if it's worth it.Cheers
