How I Started:
Alright, well everyone probably says this, but I really do have shitty genetics. I was probably the weakest in my class growing up, all the way until I started bodybuilding. I basically started after I found this site, about 2 or 3 years ago. It provided me with all the info I need to start, how to train, and how to eat. I progressed well, and began to love it.
Now it is my life.
Why I Love It:
I love pumping the iron, I love seeing the veins course through my arms as if they are about to pop,I love pushing myself to the limit, I love the fact that I am improving each day. I guess some people are just born to do it.
Most of the people in my gym are just going to burn calories(because they are fat or whatever) and hate it, they see it as a chore. Each morning I am looking forward to the workout I will be doing that day, and my time in the gym is my favourite part of the day, as sad as that might sound.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to REALLY loud music, mostly the Chilli Peppers
BB Accomplishments:
Was Ranked No.1 Irish canoeist, and 3rd in Europe(those hungarians are on juice)
until I got sick 2 years ago and quit

Right well I'm on my second 10lb sack of ON whey(chocolate), mostly because it tastes good, it works, and got good reviews on it-the only problem is, it's makin me fart my f****n arse off. I never really cared but now it's pissing me off bigtime. Anyone else get this, and is there any protein...
No, nothing else I can think of off the top of my head based on what you've tried already. I think you'll really like the White Flood. Just a heads up that with the tablets you ideally have to take them 45 minutes pre-workout and you have to take 8. To some, powder is more convenient and quicker in the system.
I think the ads and such do give it a bit of extra hype. Plus, depends on how long you've been using NO products. White Flood isn't as good for pumps, but you'll have great results from the beta alanine and other ingredients in it. Did you get the tablets or powder? My wife uses the tablets presently.
