How I Started:
I used to box and practice martial arts, but when I got deployed to Iraq there really isn't much else to occupy your time here. That is when I really got into the science and everything of it all!
Why I Love It:
Because it helps me to cope with alot of things going on and it gives me the motivation to keep going throughout the days. Without mixed martial arts and the gym, I wouldn't be who I am.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bruce Lee really motivates me. I like to learn and I've been learning about the science behind the muscles and plus I want to look good, so that's a motivator. Action movies help me out too. So does Pride Fighting and UFC!!
BB Accomplishments:
Last deployment I was extremely fit and everything. Now this deployment, my goal is to be in shape for mixed martial arts so when I get back I can go straight into a career with it!!

Goal (Long):
I am now back in Iraq. What do you know, second time in two years, yeah. Well I have time to work out again. Forced to go to the gym for P.T. so I go Mon- Sat. I actually take a day off this time around. Last deployment I would only take one day off like once a month and I think that was bad but I never saw negative results but I never saw the results that I wanted either. Oh well. I'm taking Sun. off this time around. My goals are to put up about 400 on the bench by the time that I leave Iraq. I want to weigh in at about 190 to 195ish. If i could hit two hundered that was be freakin awesome but I know that is probably not going to happen. I would like to get my arms bigger, my lats larger, and my chest bigger. I am pretty well proportioned now, but every gain helps. I would also like to define my legs and squat a good 400 to 500 lbs. Hopefully I can see these goals through to the end.

Hey, yeah i'm a 3rd dan blackbelt in the traditional Korean martial art "Kuk Sool Won" and then I train in Muay Thai as well. I'd feel a bit of a loser calling myself "blondeblackbelt" if I didn't actually have on hehe.
