How I Started:
My step-dad was an amateur bodybuilder, dragging me in the gym even at 7 when I was 13 he brought me a membership, I was in and out of it for the last 10 years and just recently got serious.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get knowing I accomplished something, getting stronger, faster, better day by day. Week by Week,Month by Month and Year by Year.
How I Stay Motivated:
I found my self a 24 year old man with all kinds of bodybuilding knowledge and a skinny fat body, I wanted to change all of that. My motivator has been that transformation

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My cousin and I are big time bodybuilders my cousin has already taken first at lightweight division. I want to compete in a year or so.

I'm cleaning up my diet, went from pizza and greasey fries to clean steaks, cold cuts for lunch, protein and 2 hour a day intervals. Got to keep it up.

Good work already on traps and arms. Also the upper back and work on lats showing thickness and width. Stick with your program and motivation and one impressive physique will be yours. Andre
