dropped 5% bodyfat and almosot 10 lbs in 5 weeks with hypothyroidism..anyone can do it..no excuses, bust your ass and eat clean!!!

oh sprints..love/hate relationship..but they really help with leaning out my lower half

a.m. ss cardio, sprint intervals at night after lifting, gotta lower this bodyfat!!
