Fell off the wagon while building a deck for my mother, ended up drinking 6 beer so I am going to start over again.
Today I ate 1.5 hot dogs, 350 g Sirlion steak, 6 whole eggs, 1/2 cup hard cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, 1oz mixed nuts, 4 cups mixed spring greens, 2 tablespoon kraft...
Your gonna hit your BW on the bench in no time...just stick with it! If you want to gain the most strength I recommend 8-10 reps. Every now and then do a workout and just go heavy as an ox and hit 2-3 reps and just kill it!
So what's your goal on the bench press buddy? Just be persistent, the numbers will shoot through the roof!
I'm trying to get down to 250 in the weight dept and to get my BP up to 405. Also want my deadlift to hit 400+!
