Started messing about in the school gym when I was about 14
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after i've completed a tough session. When my t-shirts wringing wet, my bloods pumping and I can hardly breath then I know i've had a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
A combination of dissatisfaction with my current physique and the satisfaction I get from training. I also find hundreds of profile pictures here inspiring and it pushes me to achieve the same knowing that it can be done.

Thanks - just maintaining my current self, and doing gymnastics lessons to get up to speed with getting on stage to do fitness. Changed my weight training to be more explosive too..
