How I Started:
Started messing about in the school gym when I was about 14/15
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after i've completed a tough session. When my t-shirts wringing wet, my bloods pumping and I can hardly breath then I know i've had a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
A combination of dissatisfaction with my current physique, anger at myself and pleasure/satisfaction I get from training.
I also find hundreds of profile pictures here inspiring and it pushes me to achieve the same knowing that it can be done.

Shows a complete lack of progress. Also-isn't it amazing how much less impressive you look when you don't take your photos straight after a workout under overhead lighting!!!!

Goal (Long):
To have the physique of a fitness model.
Ideally i'd like to be about 15st (210lbs) at around 8%-10% BF
I want a powerfull, flexible, explosive and strong body so that I can participate in MMA, look good and get more out of life.
I was on track but managed to sustain a back injury yesterday during training :( Still finished training and did my morning cardio whilst in pure pain..not sure whats going to happen but I'm still going.. Keep going you!
