concerning the junk food: is satisfying the craving to eat junk going to help u look the way u desire and work hard for? if so, have at it. Anything worth ahving always...ALWAYS TAKES SACRIFICE. Intestinal Fortitude. Make it work for u. That way u control ur outcome.
Yeah I remember I was doing that as well when I was around your weight. Im nothing special right now but I know that my abs and especially my chest are building alot now that Ive made changes to diet and routine.
I paid off my credit card, and got a credit line increase so I spent a couple hundred dollars on meats and healthy food and its making a difference.
I think you should do the same and who knows you might beat me in the bulk haha
Well on your way to a muscled beast as you say although I wouldn't exactly call that first MM pose "SLOB", far from it. Becoming quite ripped already with the thick traps, solid delts,biceps/triceps and forearms. Thick chest and ripped upper back with the wide lats. Best of luck.
