I used to have hard time binging at nite also -- I just went cold turkey --OUCH that was hard esp when I used to work nites and used to eating at those hours good luck with your goals

your BB accomplishment sure seems like something to brag about. If I put on 10 pounds of muscle while losing 1% bf, I'd be shouting from the rooftops. Don't sell yourself short, Keep up the hard work
