trying to learn how to hit a lat spread, the ceiling was too low i couldnt stand straight ill have to try this pic again.

tPlease add me to your friends list. Your progress is inspiring me! I just put progress pics and stuff. Take a look and let me know what you think. About my pics my posture is way off because my legs are still weak in rehab that will come in time. feel free let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier

I don't mind at all, but it's on my profile - I'm 58, and I've been lifting 13 years, more seriously the last 4. You're making GREAT progress, when you learn how to pose lats, let me know - LOL!
