I see you are a football player and I assume you are trying to gain some mass...here's what I suggest...a protein shake, a few boiled eggs, oatmeal (not too heavy on the sugar and add a lil cinammon + vanilla extract to make it taste real good)...I suggest you have 2 of the above on any given day...after two weeks of this (provided you are eating enough) you should see you weight start going up...good luck...for a lil more info check out the end of my second blog I think! ??'s are welcome!

It's a complex question, better answered with simplicity. Stick to the basics. Pull-ups, rows and last but certainly not least....DEADLIFTS. Master the basics when it comes to the back.

Just bought PlasmaJet, I will start taking it next month with SizeON. I'm not going to stack Super Pump with it because its the same thing almost, the only diff is PJ stays in your system almost 3 days. I may take HALODrol with it as well. I'm working out this week after 4 on Monday and around 5 or 6 rest of the week.

I take it 30 mins before working out..on an empty stomach to get the full effect.
