How I Started:
I joined the BFS program at my middle school, to get stronger for Track season.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me strong and in shape out of season. It teaches me how to achieve goals, and brings me closer to my friends.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind my self that the opposing player are going to work at least as hard as I am, and i need to go hard to beat them.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching 225 on bench and 405 Squat on 6/18/07, a goal ive had sine 9th grade
